Mt. Spokane Nordic Cup (JNQ/NRL) Schedule
SCHEDULE
USSS membership is required for racers competing in the USSS National Ranking List event. Any level USSS member can race, however a competitor membership is needed to earn National Ranking List points. USSS membership is not required to compete in the Community Event.
$10 Late fee will apply for registrations that come in after 11:59 PM on Sunday 2/9

6:00-7:00 pm: Coaches Meeting

Saturday, February 15, 2025 - Classic Sprint
​
7:30-8:50 am: Course Inspection + Ski Testing/Warmup
9:00 am: Timed Sprint Qualifier: U16+ FEMALES
> 15-second intervals
9:30 am: Timed Sprint Qualifier: U16+ MALES
> 15-second intervals
10:15 am - 12:40 pm: Heats: U16+ MALES, U16+ FEMALES
>> All participants will race 3 rounds with King's Court heat formats.
1:30 pm: Timed Sprint Qualifier: U14 & Younger MALE & FEMALE Combined
2:10 pm - 3:30 pm (Approximate): Heats: U14 & Younger MALE & FEMALE
Combined U12 and U14 will follow a King's Court format, with all racers getting to participate in multiple heats.
U10 will have a single mass-start heat following the qualifier.

​
7:30-8:50 am: Course Inspection + Ski Testing/Warm-up
9:00 am: Race Start Time (no testing on course after race start)

9:00 am: U18+ & Open 10K Male -10 K Skate Start (2 laps)
9:10 am: U18+ & Open 10K Female -10 K Skate Start (2 laps)
9:20 am: U16 & Open 5K Males - 5 K Skate Start (1 lap)
9:45 am: U16 & Open 5K Females - 5 K Skate Start (1 lap)
10:00 am: U14 and under 3K Males - 3 K Skate Start (1 lap)
10:20 am: U14 and under 3K Females - 3 K Skate Start (1 lap)
Following completion of Female 3k: Lollipop - 500 Meter
>>Non-timed race for kids 6 and Under
