Adult Ski Lesson Program
Want to improve your technique, and hang out with like-minded adults? Try Spokane Nordic Ski School's new Adult Ski Lesson Program!
Whether you're in it to relax, get fit, or race, grow as a skier this year. Take part in skills and drills, intervals, games and camaraderie. All lessons feature a small participant-to-coach ratio. Sign up for all Women (Gals Get Going), all Men, or Mixed, and by ability level.

You must be a Spokane Nordic member to enroll in any lesson session. If you or an immediate family member are not yet a member, join now! In addition to getting to take any or all lesson opportunities, you'll be supporting the maintenance and improvement of the Mt. Spokane Cross-Country Ski Park's trails and facilities.

All lessons are at the Mt. Spokane Cross-Country Ski Park. Meet at the Selkirk Lodge.
